We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If not, our goal is to make your exchange or refund as easy as possible. Choose from the simple options listed below that best meets your needs:
Option 1: Return at Retail Store
If you purchased your product from our shop or our online webstore, simply visit us again with your original invoice or if it’s an online order you can visit us with your FOS Return Authorization (FRA) and we will try and process your refund as soon as possible.
Option 2: Ship Your Return
For a standard return, download and print the FRA. Follow the easy instructions on the form and return it with your product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund request.
- Within 14 days we accept either an exchange or a full refund.
- Within 14 to 30 days we accept exchange or refund but 20% of the price of the product will be charged for restocking.
- After 30 days no exchange and refunds will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the manuals and ancillary materials
The original Invoice and the OPRF must accompany all returns
Exceptions to our Return Policy
- Labor or installation charges (refunds will only be given on parts)
- Tires and wheels that have been mounted and or installed
- Opened electrical items such as computers, programmers, wiring kits, etc.
- Sale or Clearance items
- Items that have been installed or custom painted
- Special Ordered Items
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund request is approved based on the Return Policy, then your refund will be processed, and will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (sometimes up to 60 days). Therefore, as a first step, please check your bank account again then contact your credit card provider. If you are unsure about an order you wish to place for ANY reason, then please contact our sales department before you place an order. We cannot stop an order once it has been placed.
The customer is liable to pay the charges of shipping and return, should she/he refuses to accept the delivery of an already placed order.
Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees and cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. We act as the agent between you, the customer, and the manufacturer. Check the documentation that you received with the merchandise for more information regarding the product warranty policy. Should your product fail within the warranty period, please contact our customer service department and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.
All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace, repair or refund the product based on our findings. Shipping charges to Fos Automotive back to the customer will be covered by the customer. In the case where the warranty claim is approved, Fos Automotive will cover the cost of delivering the repaired/replacing product back to the customer
Warranties are non-transferrable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee.
